This credit only reduces your next month's fee; it has no cash value and can't be paid out, refunded, transferred, or redeemed any other way. The Baiology program is a pre-paid subscription billed on a 28-day (4-week) cycle (aka Award Cycle). You are billed at the start of each cycle for the upcoming 28 days (13 times a year).Your billing breaks down as follows:●      Billing Timing: You pay in advance for the upcoming 28-day period.●      Base Rate: $29 per cycle.●      Discounts: Any initial promo codes will be applied to your first month.●      Bai-o-Coin Credits: Bai-O-Coin Credits: Any Bai-O-Coins you've earned are converted into a billing credit and automatically deducted from your total before your card is charged. Credits only reduce your subscription fee.  They have no cash value and aren't redeemable for cash, check, or any other form of payment. You can cancel your subscription directly within the app at any time by following these steps:●      Open the app and tap Settings (the three dots in the lower right-hand corner).●      Under My Account, select Subscription.●      Tap Cancel Subscription.●      You will see a quick summary of the benefits and progress you will lose. To finalize, tap Continue Canceling (or select Keep My Subscription if you change your mind!).

●      Immediately upon cancellation: You will lose your cumulative Tenacity Award Streak. Your cumulative Bai-o-Coins from your Tenacity Award Streak will reset to zero●      2 months after cancellation: You will lose the Bai-O-Coins in your Baiology Bank●      6 months after cancellation: Your account will be permanently deleted and personal data anonymized —meaning all identifiable information (like your name and email) is permanently removed so the data can no longer be linked back to you.If you rejoin:●      During the first 2 months: We’ve saved your earned Bai-O-Coins and progress data. If you re-subscribe within 2 months, you can pick up where you left off on your journey and continue to use your earned Bai-O-Coins. Your Tenacity Award Streak will start to re-accumulate from zero.●      During the first 6 months: If you rejoined within 6months, you can continue your BaiologyMD Journey where you left off because we keep your progress data for 6 months. We are a (28-day cycle) subscription service. You can cancel your subscription anytime and continue to use the mobile App until the end of your payment period. We do not offer subscription refunds.

Canceling your subscription does not immediately anonymize your account. Anonymizing means that the personal identifiers including your name, birthdate, email, phone number will be deleted so no data can be linked back to you.  As described above, we retain your data for up to 6 months so you can pick up where you left off if you rejoin. If you'd like your personal data to be anonymized sooner, contact Support through the app (Settings → Help & Support) and we'll process your request.

Yes! You can update your profile details directly in the app at any time:●      Tap the three dots (More/Settings) in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.●      Select My Account, then tap Profile.●      Type in your new preferred name, phone number, or contact email.●      Tap Save Changes.⚠️ Note: Updating your contact email will change where you receive all official Baiology communications, including your monthly billing statements
